Wings School Cumbria provides day and residential education and care for children and young people aged between 9 and 17 years with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, ASC and ADHD. We are actively recruiting for ICT & Computing Teacher to join our dynamic and committed team. The key responsibility for this role is securing high quality teaching and learning in all ICT lessons, Teachers will be responsible for ensuring that their practice embodies the highest standards of professionalism, and challenges all pupils with high expectations of behaviour and achievement.

This is a new post at Wings and we are wishing to recruit a dynamic teacher who is:

  • looking for a new opportunity to develop their subject across all key stages
  • able to contribute to an expanding curriculum and learning environment
  • would embrace having full responsibility for implementing the subject
  • can be flexible and adaptable to working with children with varying needs and abilities
  • has relevant qualifications, but equally relevant, has the passion to develop this core skill
