Young people from Wings School are accessing Lancaster and Morecambe College to complete their Aim Awards Entry Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery Skills.

The component they are currently working on is Building and Construction and they aim to achieve the following by the end of this course:

• Know about the tools, equipment and materials used in carpentry and joinery.
• Be able to perform basic carpentry and joinery tasks.
• Be able to communicate with others when performing joinery and carpentry tasks.
• Be able to review their own performance.
