Work with us long

As part of a school project on The Normans, students and staff from Leaways School made a visit to the Tower of London.

This History trip saw students visit the White Tower which was built by William the Conqueror in 1078. The pupils were excited to see the tower as well as a selection of armour from through the ages.

The highlight of any trip to the Tower of London is always seeing the Crown Jewels and learning more about the Tower's most famous residents, the Ravens.

A great time was had by all. The day was full of interesting facts and jaw-dropping architecture and the children felt it was an outstanding educational trip and a fun day.
