Congratulations to all those awarded Employee of the Month for July 2018
Wings School Cumbria:
Matt has quickly established himself as a House Manager as well as taking on team leading responsibility. A popular member of Wings community with children and staff alike.
Always happy to take on new challenges he has been a successful part of recent Interview panels for new staff.
Wings School Notts:
Paul put a lot of effort into the fun day that Care staff held and he has been going above and beyond to organise other fun activities to enrich the young people’s experiences. The other team leaders say how much of an asset he is to the team and how much he is relied on. The kids really respond to Paul and he works anywhere he is required and just adapts accordingly.
High Peak School:
Naomi has been awarded employee of the month as she always goes above and beyond in her role. She works tirelessly to get our care staff through their NVQ’s along with her everyday job of managing the training and HR as well as looking after referrals when needed. Staff really don’t know how much she deals with on a daily basis but she is always their first point of call. She will always help out anyone at any time; we feel she is a true asset to High Peak School.
Olsen House School:
He is spending his weeks he is in work over the summer improving the look and functionality of the school environment. He will be improving 2 classrooms in line with the autism friendly audit we did and creating a sensory area.
