Each staff team at the residential schools is led by the Principal and their deputy who are supported by the Head of Education along with Pastoral Care. The teaching staff are made up of specialist teachers and classroom support assistants. For children and young people with residential placements within the three residential schools they are supported by the care team lead by the Registered Manager who is Head of Care. The staff work together to ensure the well-being of the young people is met and that each young person knows they are valued and cared for. There is in-house psychology, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy for those living at the residential schools and who may require a more therapeutic approach.
The day school teaching teams are made up of Head Teacher, their Deputy, specialist teachers and classroom support assistants. Where extra support or more specific teaching is required this is made available using local resources and our central therapeutic team.
