The Group Referrals Co-ordinator plays a critical role within Kedleston being a key point of contact for external contacts making referrals into Kedleston Group. They will be an excellent communicator and team player building strong working relationships with local authorities and colleagues across the group, including Headteachers and Home Managers. The Group Referrals Co-ordinator requires strong project management skills juggling multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure. You need the ability and confidence to produce reports and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will manage confidential information in a professional manner whilst processing large volumes of data.

The post holder will work from our head office in Uxbridge or from our High Peak office, with a working pattern of office/visits (3 days) and remote working (2 days).

The ideal candidate will therefore be based within reasonable travel distance of either these settings.

About us:

Kedleston Group offer residential schooling, day schools and children's homes across England. Our schools and homes support children and young people living with social, emotional and mental health problems (SEMH) and specific learning difficulties, which affects their learning and ability to do everyday things. Our dedicated autism (ASC) schools work with young people who are high functioning and have associated needs such as mental health problems, attention deficit hyperactive disorder and learning difficulties.
