We are proud to say that our amazing staff continue to go above and beyond at this really strange and challenging time. Maintaining consistency, routine and structure where possible for our young people is of utmost importance and everyone is working incredibly hard across the Group to ensure this happens.
Meet Alex Ray, one of the fantastic Teaching Assistants from our Arc School Old Arley who has volunteered to work on site all the time and even did during the Easter holidays, forgoing his holiday leave. It was his birthday yesterday so we wanted to wish him a very happy birthday and thank him for his dedication and commitment to the team and the young people in his care.
The school provides a safe learning environment for children and young people with a wide range of varying needs including social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), autism (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and attachment difficulties (AD).
They work tirelessly to equip all children and young people with the necessary life skills, academic or vocational qualifications and emotional intelligence to succeed in life. This is delivered by a committed and supportive team, utilising a well-resourced and developed curriculum.
Definitely a reason to smile! Great work Alex!
