Fiona is meticulous in her role as HR and office manager. She is supportive to all staff irrelevant of their position and takes a really keen interest in their personal welfare and professional development.
Fiona is highly efficient in everything that she does and always goes that extra mile. She is trustworthy, honest and extremely loyal to both Wings and Kedleston. Fiona is thoroughly deserving of the November Employee of the Month Award and this is given to her in recognition of all she does and continues to do.

Liz Bivens
Liz has taken on a more active role of getting the young people involved in variety of activities, including several events such as Halloween whereby they decorated the bottom of the drive doing a superb job and also getting the young people involved in making a tree display for remembrance day. Liz recently attended the anti-bullying princess Dianna event alongside some of the young people and has begun to take on the role of supporting the anti-bullying ambassador’s and is organising an anti-bullying event for everyone to get involved in. Well done Liz, keep up with the great ideas.

Gemma always puts the needs of children ahead of everything else. She is so well thought of by Staff, Children & Parents. This has been most obvious this month as she has been identified by a significant number of children as a person they identify to support them when in crisis and in the daily classroom environment.
We have also had positive feedback from a parent about Gemma’s commitment to the wellbeing of their child.

Rachel has done a fantastic job in setting up the new northern office and making everyone feel welcome to Pepper House. Rachel has only been with the company for under 3 months and has hit the ground running!
