During the current on-going challenging time the young people at our Wood Grove House have been keeping busy and staying positive.
The boys have been very inventive and have not only busy creating little figures out of foil but also having a go at flying a hand movement controlled drone!
They have also been doing lots of jigsaws, cooking up new and delicious meals in the kitchen with support from the hardworking staff and even playing a game called ‘Found the Toilet Roll’!
Heysham House chome provides care, guidance and support which promotes the importance of decision making and taking ownership of those decisions. The therapeutic approach ensures children and young people are guided to address their feelings and emotions.
All sounds great, well done to everyone, looks like a lot of fun!
