The team at Mill School Bury have been taking part in a variety of different activities this week which were focused on improving staff wellbeing and developing a healthy body and mind.
This has included a Keto bread making cooking class and a body and bounce session in the sunshine.
The school understands the importance of supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of everyone who works there and they run regular sessions of this nature to keep everyone focused and in the best possible frame of mind for supporting the children and young people.
