Two of our specialist schools, Arc School Ansley and Arc Oakbridge School, have received well-deserved recognition for their incredible work.
Arc School Ansley has been shortlisted in the National Association of Special Schools Awards (NASS) and is a finalist in the Outstanding Impact Award. The school has been nominated for its innovative bees project, which has seen the creation of bee hives at the school.
Arc Oakbridge School has also been named as a finalist in the NASS awards in the Breaking Barriers category for its success in helping students fall in love with literacy.
Both Arc School Ansley and Arc Oakbridge School will find out if they have been successful at a special awards event being held on October 12th in Birmingham.
Lee Reed of Kedleston Group said: “We are thrilled that the hard work and dedication of our colleagues has been recognised in this way. We wish the nominees the very best of luck and look forward to finding out who the winners are at the ceremony in October.”
