Key Stage 2 and 3 pupils at Arc School Old Arley designed and made their own Christmas tree decorations this week...all for a very good cause.
Arc Old Arley took part in the local Church Christmas Tree Festival. The event, which brings the whole community together and raises money for local charities, sees businesses, schools and other groups decorate a tree in the church, often using a theme. Visitors can then admire the collection of trees and take time out from the busy run-up to Christmas in the reflective and peaceful atmosphere of the church.
Arc Old Arley pupils chose the themes of "let it snow" and "kindness" for their tree, and used their creativity to represent these concepts in the design and production of their handcrafted decorations.
Well done to all pupils for their hard work and enthusiasm, helping to raise money for good causes this Christmas time.
