It’s that time again to announce the fantastic winners of the Kedleston Group Employee of the Month!!
Congratulations to all those awarded Employee of the Month November 2019
Wings School Cumbria:
Sue Shields
Sue is about to retire after 16 years, 3 weeks service to Wings School as a Night Support Worker; it is impossible to sum up in a few words the contribution she had made to Wings, or the loyalty shown. Even when she had to undergo surgery several times in 2017/18, she bounced back to work when others may have chosen to call it a day.
She has seen many children come and go, and been a support to all; both children and staff, always fair, and always honest . . . with all! Loved and respected by all, and (please don't take this the wrong way Sue) regarded as the Mother of all. We will miss you and hope that you find time in your retirement to think of us sometimes and pop in to remind us how we miss you.
For this, and so much more, we regard Sue as the most deserving recipient of the Employee of the Month
Wings School Notts:
Kerri- Ann Bell
Kerri has been working consistently hard with the young people within swallow house. During a recent incident whereby one of our girls was assaulted by a previous pupil, after hearing what had happened despite it being her day off she left her home and went to Mansfield, helped support this girl back to site and stayed with her for the rest of the evening. Kerri has never asked for nor put in overtime for this, she did it because of her commitment and care for the young people. This is just one example of many. An Outstanding example of going above and beyond your roles and responsibilities.
