The children at Wings Notts School were afforded a wonderful opportunity to visit Meadow Lane, home of Notts County FC. As part of raising aspirations for children outside of the classroom, the children were given a guided tour of the stadium by legend of the club and all-time leading scorer Les Bradd. The children were then able to field questions to the legend himself and really got a lot out of the visit. The children got to see inside the stadium, and even sit in the seats of the director’s box. A wonderful opportunity for the cohort of sports leaders who hopefully will be inspired to come back here as a player or a coach one day!
