On Thursday, 6th February, one of our pupils at Wings Notts picked their favourite lunch, and supported by our chef Roger, cooked lunch for everyone.
For main course there were two options, chicken chow mein, or a vegetable chow mein. She made a beautiful sauce using a combination of oyster sauce, ginger, syrup, soya sauce, and a five-spice seasoning. Delicious!
There as then a chocolate cake accompanied by a chocolate sauce for dessert, which was decorated with a combination of milk chocolate and white chocolate toppings.
All elements of health and safety were followed at all times while in the kitchen and she was a pleasure to work alongside. A big well done!
