She is passionate about closing achievement gaps for disadvantaged pupils, ensuring every student enjoys school while gaining the confidence and skills needed for their next stage of education or employment.
Jennifer is fully committed to supporting both staff and students, fostering a culture of inclusion and aspiration at Kedleston. Reflecting on her new position, she expresses her enthusiasm for the school community:
"It gives me great pleasure to introduce myself as Headteacher at Wings School Notts. This is a unique school that does so much for the children in its care, not just academically but socially and emotionally. I am looking forward to working with staff, pupils and parents to take Wings Notts to the next stage in its development."
