Throughout the years, K* has been with us he has struggled with English as a whole, especially the writing aspect of it.
Firstly, K did not want to write in his exercise book due to the fear of making mistakes. Mistakes to K seemed like the end of the world. Nevertheless, persistence and belief encouraged K to soldier on, this resulted in K eventually writing on a white board so pictures can be taken to stick in his book, then he would write in pencil on paper, then pencil in his book and so on.
Now, K is extremely close to finishing his Silver Step ‘Step Up to English’ award! This consisted of, reading, writing, speaking and listening modules.
This is a fantastic achievement for anyone, let alone K who had a fear of writing, full stop.
K should be very proud of himself for this, and his teacher is looking forward to working with K to get his Gold Step award completed in the very near future!
