Adam joined Arc School Old Arley two years ago having previously been educated in a residential setting. Since coming to the school he has continued to progress and has engaged with learning.

To support his transition from school to adulthood, and in an example of a personalised curriculum, Adam is supported by the school weekly to attend both college to undertake a mechanics course and for work experience at a local garage who are considering offering him an apprenticeship.

He has been supported by the school’s in-house careers adviser around applying for college courses in his chosen subject.
