This term, our Year 11 GCSE students had the incredible opportunity to visit the historic Royal Holloway University in Egham as part of our Preparing for Adulthood programme. The visit provided a unique chance to explore a local landmark and gain valuable insights into university life. Guided by a knowledgeable Year 3 International Business student, our students toured various course areas, learning firsthand about the diverse academic offerings. They also participated in an informative session on the UCAS process, equipping them with essential knowledge for future university applications.
The experience was both enlightening and enjoyable, leaving our students inspired and excited about their academic futures. This visit to Royal Holloway University was truly a highlight of the term, blending education with the rich history of a prestigious institution.
