Young people from Heysham House enjoyed a fantastic summer holiday to Wales.

Supported by staff, they had a wonderful stay at one of Prestatyn's holiday sites where, over five days, they visited theme parks, went go-karting and swimming. At the theme park, the favourite was very much the Waltzers, while go-karting proved to be quite competitive with children racing against the grown-ups!

There was also time for visits to the beach, playing games, long walks and meals out.

There was the added fun of a 16th birthday to be celebrated during the holiday and this was marked by a lovely evening meal. A great time was had by all!
