To mark the upcoming Rememberance Sunday and Armistice Day pupils at Hawley Woods School have been remembering soldiers by writing poignant poems around the theme of poppies. 

Once Beau had finished, she decided she would like to write another poem based upon the thoughts of a dead soldier.

 Beau's poems are - 'This Is Why We Thank Our Soldiers' and 'Heaven to Mum'

Noah's poem is - 'Poppy, Poppy what do you see?'
