This week is Children’s Mental Health Week.
Today, the Blakelow household arranged their lounge setting into a yoga based studio! Throughout the week they have been working on ways to improve and sustain their mental health.
Yoga is a great way to relieve stress and produces endorphins to increase happiness. The children will be engaging with this on a weekly basis to help maintain a healthy mind and healthy body.
