The children have been taking part it lots of activities to promote mental health and wellbeing. They have been enjoying yoga, mindfulness meditation, baking a sponge cake, exploring the letter ‘m’ in sand and glitter, planting bulbs and one young person had a special visit from his mum and siblings to plant herbs in the outdoor area.
