David has worked particularly hard in establishing good and positive relations in all schools and homes, He has been singled out for praise by managers on several occasions for the personal and professional way he provides support. He has and continues to uphold the standards set out by his professional body as well as the goals and vison of the company. Recently he has also taken on additional responsibility outside of his normal duties including being the H&S lead in two recent Ofsted inspections during a period when Chris is not able to be in the schools as much as normal.
