What a fantastic day had by everyone at our Arc School Ansley.
The children were tasked with becoming detectives for the day in order to find out what has happened to their beloved Headteacher in a crime mystery.
They’ve had the opportunity to learn about, and have a go at; crime scene investigation, fingerprinting, chromatography and handwriting analysis, footprint analysis, decoding binary messages, interviewing suspects and decoding emails.
They had to draw on their observation skills, discuss as a team and come to a conclusion as to who committed the crime. The final task included highlighting their evidence and findings as a group, which supported with developing their presentation skills and public speaking practice.
The children did a brilliant job of working it out!
Great work Ansley detectives… 🕵️♀️
