This half term the focus has been on Ancient Greece, and the students have had another exciting and educational journey, with Rich (Lead Teacher for Technology and Art) even building a Trojan Horse. This iconic symbol from Greek mythology captured the students' imaginations and provided a memorable visual representation of the ancient world.
This approach to teaching history through themes and immersive experiences seems to be a fantastic way to bring history to life for students and make learning a more enjoyable and memorable process. It's these kinds of innovative teaching methods that can inspire a love for learning and a deeper understanding of historical contexts.
