Here at the Kedleston Group, we love to provide opportunities for all our staff to develop and learn new skills. Team training is very important in all areas of the organisation to make sure all our staff feel supported, confident and happy.

This week, it was the turn of our Commercial Team to have a training and team building day.

They took part in a Colour Persona questionnaire prior to attending, which looks into certain personal traits, behaviours, recommended improvements and values they each bring to the team.

The overall aim of the day was to develop communication styles, improve coherency with each other and build on working relationships.

The programme was led by Dr Mark Kilgallon who has substantial experience in developing demanding and testing executive development programmes that confront the challenges facing leaders within their environments.

The day was a fantastic success, the team not only got to learn about themselves and pick up strategies to use moving forward they also had time to think about their values for the team as a whole....and have a lot of fun in the process.
