During the last half term at Napton all young people had the chance to put themselves forward to become a school ambassador.
To really care about all the other young people at Arc Napton and their well-being is a great quality for a school ambassador to possess. Being able to listen to others is of extreme importance and believing that they can help to make our school a really great place to be. Treating others as they would expect to be treated and listening to one another is essential.
Several young people put together a speech and presented it to their class mates. A ballot was taken and we found out who our three school ambassadors were going to be.
Well done to Frankie who is in Palm class.
Well done to Kayden who is in Ash class.
Well done to Tyler who is in Cherry class.
The Ambassadors had their first meeting last week and are already helping out a lot. Frankie, who is also the school’s anti-bullying ambassador, set a challenge to design an anti-bullying poster. This was a great success and the finished posters were displayed in the main corridor. Well done Frankie on organising this and choosing a staff and pupil winner. Torin, from Palm class and Beth, our assistant head, won the poster competition – well done both.
Both Frankie and Kayden have been working with Terina to create a pack for each class for our ‘Save the Children Christmas Jumper Day’, which will be on Friday 11th December.
We are very proud of our school ambassadors and we will keep you updated on their successes throughout the year.
