Students from Brookways School have recorded fantastic achievements throughout 2023/2024 and have moved on to a range of positive destinations with an average of seven qualifications each.
Highlights included:
- A total of 127 qualifications achieved across the school
- A total of 52 GCSEs were achieved by pupils
- GCSEs achieved included Maths, English, Double Science, Statistics, History and Religious Studies.
- 100% of pupils achieved both a Maths and English qualification
- 88% of students achieved Maths, English and Science qualifications.
Some young people have moved on from Brookways having achieved a wonderful seven GCSEs each alongside a range of other qualifications.
Across the school, a variety of other qualifications were achieved by students including BTEC Level 1 and 2 in Sport, Home Cooking and Design & Technology.
Qualifications were also gained in Childcare, ASDAN Bronze awards, Climbing, Animal Care, Construction, Food Hygiene and the Princes Trust award.
Following their achievements, the Year 11 leavers will now move on to a range of positive destinations including courses in Psychology and Criminology, Early Years Practitioner, Law & Criminology, Construction, Childcare and Sport.
